How does porting my number work?
We agree the moment of the switch with you, so you are unreachable for as short a time as possible. You don’t need to cancel anything yourself.
Will I get a new SIM card?
Yes, you receive a TeleVoIP SIM card. If your phone uses eSIM, ask us about the options.
What does "pay as you go" mean?
You pay a small fixed monthly fee plus only what you actually call, text and use in data. You never pay for what you don’t use.
What is FMC?
Fixed Mobile Convergence: your mobile and your landline telephony work together. Your mobile shows your business landline number, calls to the landline also reach your mobile, and you call at fixed-line rates.
