The website televoip.be is operated by TeleVoIP BV, Ikaroslaan 1, 1930 Zaventem, Belgium, company number BE 0656.667.432 (info@televoip.be). TeleVoIP is the controller of the personal data you provide through this website.

What does this statement cover?
This statement covers your visit to our website, the contact form and online ordering. If you are a customer, article 15 of our terms and conditions explains how we process your data to deliver our services.
What data do we process?
Contact form
Your name, company, phone number, e-mail address and your question. We use them to answer your question or prepare a quote. We keep them no longer than needed to follow up on your request. If you become a customer, our terms and conditions apply.
Online ordering
Orders are placed through the ordering module of our customer portal (cp.televoip.be). We ask for your identification, contact, address and billing details and your digital signature, which we need to conclude and perform the contract. To prevent misuse and fraud, we also send some technical details of your device: browser, screen size, language and time zone. Card payments are processed by our payment service provider Worldline.
Technical data
On every visit, our servers record standard data such as your IP address, browser, the page requested and the time. We only use this to keep the website secure and working properly.
Cookies
We only use cookies and similar techniques that are needed for the website to work, unless you consent to more.
- Necessary: to remember your cookie choice and make the ordering module work. No consent is needed for these.
- Statistics and marketing: through Google Tag Manager we load, only if you agree, measurement tools such as Google Analytics, the Meta pixel and the LinkedIn Insight Tag. They show us how the site is used and measure our campaigns. These services may process data outside the European Union, with the safeguards provided by law.

Who do we share data with?
We do not sell your data. We only share it with parties that help us deliver our services, such as our payment provider Worldline, and, if you are a customer through an agent, with that agent as far as needed to follow up your file. We make GDPR-compliant agreements with these parties.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict its processing, object to it and have it transferred. Send your request to ccj@televoip.be. To prevent misuse, we may ask you to confirm your identity.
If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels (dataprotectionauthority.be).
