Frequently asked questions

Good to know

Can I keep my number?

Yes. We handle number porting ourselves, for both your landline and your mobile number.

Fibre or VDSL: what can I get?

That depends on your address. If fibre is available, you choose a Fiber plan. If not, we deliver internet over VDSL. When you order, we check what is available at your address.

What is included with internet?

A loan modem and a free landline. The one-off connection fee is shown with each plan.

Can I call for free with the landline?

Yes. Calls to destinations included in your bundle are free within normal use (fair use, article 12.3 of our terms and conditions). You can find the included destinations in our call rates. Premium-rate numbers (090x) are not included. Good to know: the landline works over your internet connection, so during a power or internet outage you cannot call emergency numbers with it.

Am I tied to a contract?

Your plan runs for an indefinite period. You can cancel by e-mail, by letter or via the customer portal.

Can I cancel my online order?

Yes. As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. An e-mail to info@televoip.be is enough. Read all about it in article 9bis of our terms and conditions.

What if there is an outage?

Call 02 321 99 00 or e-mail support@televoip.be. On status.televoip.be you can see right away if an outage is known.
